Fill out the form below to reserve a time to use the studio. Please make sure to include all relevant details. Only current members may use the form below. If you would like to book the studio as a member of the community without joining, please email info@ctv29.org to enquire about this. Or click the link below to become a member.
How to Reserve
The studio is available for members to reserve for film productions. Please remember the condition of using CTV equipment, studio, and services is productions are required to be submitted to CTV for play on Comcast Channel 29. Studio reservations have limited availability based on our generous volunteers’ availability. We will try our best to honor all requests made, but reservations are not confirmed until you have heard back.
To book the studio, do the following:
1. Check the date on the calendar below to ensure that there are no conflicts.
2. Submit a request to reserve the studio using the form on this page.
3. Wait for an email confirming your request.
We are usually able to respond to requests within 24 hours, but if it has been more than 48 hours (excluding the weekend) since you made the request and you have not heard back, please email info@ctv29.org to check on the status of your request.

At The Studio
If you want to use computers for editing, checkout equipment, or other activities that don’t require use of the film studio during regularly staffed times, no reservation is needed. You may send an email to answer questions or let them know you plan to be there, but it isn’t required.
