Warren Beer, Randy Dersham, Matthew Hewlett join CTV board The CTV Board of Directors has expanded as of July with the addition of three new members and a board vote approval to expand its seats to accommodate - bringing the total number of CTV board of directors members to 11 presently. WARREN BEER - Warren joins CTV after working for decades in I.T. services with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. An active member of the Eugene Rotary Club, a military veteran, and an experienced manager; Warren joins CTV with an interest in film, broadcasting, and CTV's many endeavors. He also works with the DisOrient Asian Film Festival in Eugene.
